On 27th August 2011 i have purchased a Pureit Compact Water Purifier worth Rs 1000 and i have
got a Scratch card With it. After Scratching it i found that this Pureit is free and if i
have paid any money to the retailer he will immediately return the Maximum MRP of the
product. After Showing this filled Coupon. My retailer said company don't pay him anything so he will not pay to me. He said Company
is not mad that they will distribute it for free. Now my Question is if Company is not
Paying for this Coupon Why they are just saying this for marketing Purpose, It should be
either close or Company Should pay me for it. There are lot of Competitor available in
market, Even Tata Swaksh is Available for Rs 900, Why Hindustan Unilever is doing such cheap
Advertise if they don't want to build faith with their customer. I have tried Interacting With Pureit Customer Service so many times, Every time they said they
are escalating the case and So many times i spoke with their Supervisor and So many times
they commit me that they will send their Pureit Agent who will resolve this issue. But No one
came yet and i have now more than Rs 200 bill by Calling Paid Customer Service.
So Guys Conclusion is this Hindustan Unilever has Bring this wrong Advertisement just for the
Selling Purpose and Stop Purchasing it. I am Also forwarding this case to Consumer forum for
all possible Legal Action.

moter bike not working properly Sir, I purchase a moter bike pulser 150 last year in september. After second service I got a very serious problem that was the more heat up Engine and very low average. I complained it to neelam bata road service center faridabad. But after 10 days I met again this problem. I complained it there 4 times. Every times they see the prblem and after 10 to 20 days the problem remain same. very poor service my Activa got damaged in a road accident after the formalities of insurance when it serviced i found that my footmat has been changed and one side mirror was not fitted. even then newly fitted speedometer was not working properly its fuel meter is not working so far , when i complained some Mr. Saxena he replied in a reputed service centre nobody will change your footmat even during the AMC period I requested many time for repair my fuel meter but nobody take care of my complaint.
Really afraid to mention that, after sales, service of Mahindra-Scorpio is horrible.
My vehicle Scorpio-LX (DL 12 CA 1060) met with an Accident in (NEW DELHI)... last year in which the chases were got damaged badly, The vehicle was insured so they repaired the chases, after the repair was done the vehicle starts bubbling after the speed of 90 km/hr, for around two to three months i keep visiting the koncept automobiles in okhla new delhi, then one more complaint occure that is of steering they have changed my steering by saying that there is some problem in this part and it will be replaced by a new one within 20 working daysbut now almost four complete months have passed away and there is no response to my complaint.
Harassment done by the company while dealing with us
This is regarding the harassment faced by us from one of the authorised Customer Care Centre of Whirlpool i.e., Supreme Electro-Mech Pvt. Ltd. located at Plot No. 78, Industrial Area, Phase-2 of Chandigarh. We faced the following problems while dealing with them: 1) We were forced to pay the bill amount for the repair of our washing machine before getting our machine back and without being able to test it to find if the problem had been rectified or not 2) We were being forced to pay the bill amount without giving us any bill or receipt of the paid amount 3) The washing machine is still not delivered to us in-spite of having paid the bill amount the previous day even though we were told on phone that we will get the machine at the right time. 4) On complaining that the delivery was not done on committed time, we were denied that no such commitment was done
I’m elaborating my problem. Recently while using our Whirlpool Top Loading Automatic washing machine, I found some fumes coming out from inside the machine. I immediately switched it off and on 30th of August, I registered a complaint at their call centre with Service Request No. as CH00811018929 for this problem. After some time I got a call from above mentioned customer care centre at Chandigarh. They advised me to send my washing machine to their customer care centre so that it could be opened up and all its wiring be checked. I requested them to pick up the machine from my address and deliver it back after repair. Also I requested them to send back my machine by the same day after repair. I was told that the machine would be sent back by next day afternoon i.e., by 31st August at the maximum. On 31st August, I learnt that by 3 in the afternoon, the machine was ready to be delivered. I was told that I needed to pay the bill amount, which was Rs. 2000 (on account of replacement of motor + labour charges + carrying charges) before the machine was delivered to us. I was told that their engineer would first come to collect the money. After getting the money, he will call at the customer care centre and then only the delivery man will start from there carrying the machine to be delivered. I requested them that as soon s w’lle get our machine back, we’ll pay the amount. But we were forced to pay it and we haven’t yet got our washing machine back even today (as on 1st September) against the promised date of 31st August. Also on asking for the receipt of the bill paid, we were told that the receipt would be provided with the delivery of the machine only. We got the bill from them only after a lot of persuasion and warning of going to consumer court. Then we were told that the delivery of machine would take around 1 hour. After 2 hours, we got a call from the said Customer care centre that the delivery would be done the next day only i.e., on 1st September, as there was some problem with them. When I told them that they had done the commitment of delivering on 31st. To this the person on phone refused to have done any such commitment.
It is really very unfair to force us to pay the money before getting the delivery of the product and not delivering it on the same day as committed in-spite of us having paid the bill the previous day.
Yesterday Night 31/8/2011,, I went for movie BODEYGUARD" at Big Cinema, (suraj Chanda Tara) in Amritsar I was just got an experience never before- The AC was not working, resultantly No Ventilation I also approached the maintenance guy however they were lease bothered... Overall I decided not to visit BIG Cinemas in Future. Such a pathetic service was not at all expected from such a big organisation.Your ticket Counter staff is totally wrong with costumer.
I bought a O GENERAL AC bearing no AXGA 18 ANTB & T 088954 from SAMTA ELECTRONICS PANIPAT. I am unsatisfied with the cooling of the AC and despite complaints there has not been any action from the dealer / company for the redressal of my grievance.
