    TATA DOCOMO

    unathorised deductions from the balance

    I have one pre paid TATA DOCOMO connection 8233881035. Today I received two messages informing me that my balance has been used in activating two services for which I never requested. This way my balance of Rs 40.00 has been deducted. I contacted customer care and wanted to know as to how both the services have been activated without my request. It is informed by them that they have invented a novel way of day light dacoity. With SMS informing call charges, the company has mixed a request for any service and as soon customer unknowingly OKs the call cost charges, some service is activated without customer actually knowing that he has give consent for any service activation and customer balance is automatically deducted. THIS IS NOTHING BUT MOST CLANDESTINE WAY OF LOOTONG POOR CONSUMER.

    Sim registration fail

    I buy a tata docomo number (8791111232) 3-4 month before i am not using it from some days but when i try to use it i found that its registration fail , as i know if we not using a number continuously for 6 month then only Sim card registration fail problem occur. kindly solve my problem.

    This letter is to inform the concern authorities that, I, Yogesh Kherwal, am very unhappy with the Tata Walky handset and the services provided. My Tata Walky no being 65160699 Namely Rajesh and my Walky Model no. is Cc0168 S.No 19a091805. I have been using the handset for the past 2 and a half yrs and recently started facing problems with the handset for which i have not launched complaints but to no available Response at your side.
    Many Customer Representives says very frequently, the server has busy we have not registered your request at this Moment Please call after some time.

    I hope that the concern authorities take adequate action as soon as possible.

  5. idea prepaid service

    Location: Pune, Pune, Maharashtra, India

    Disconnection of service.

    I am new customer of idea prepaid service. Right now my service is barred. I have submitted document thrice. Last two occasions I have submitted document to My Idea showroom, idea personnel verified all document I found it proper.
    I have attached following documents
    1st submision
    Indian driving license – As Photo ID
    Maharastra state electricity board (MSEB) bill – As address proof

    2nd and 3rd submission
    Maharastra state electricity board (MSEB) bill – As address proof
    Indian passport – As photo ID and address proof.

    Note: MSEB bill is on my name and also address on passport and MSEB are same (my current pune residential address)

    Each time I call idea customer care, they reply saying your documents are not proper but do not tell what is issue with documentation.
    This time again they asked me to submit documents again (4th time) . Can you help me to address this issue.
